- Add an exercise to your workout
- Select the ‘+’
- Name your new exercise
- Select body part
- Select the exercise type
- Select ‘Save Exercise’

- Select the custom plan you would like to edit
- Select the 3 dots on the plan
- Select ‘Edit Plan’
- Edit the workout name
- Delete any exercise not required
- Add new exercises to the workout
- Select your exercises
- Select ‘Add to Workout’ when you’re done
- Add your reps, sets and weights for each exercise
- Select ‘Save Workout’
- Select ‘Save Plan’
- Select ‘Start Workout’ when you’re ready to begin.
