Gymshark Pop Up Store Competition - Terms and conditions

Terms and conditions apply: 

The Promoter is Gymshark Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 08130873 and whose registered address is Unit 1 Brooklands, Redditch, Worcestershire, England, B98 9DW.

The prize is for ten winners to each bring one friend to join us at our pop up store in London, 3-7 Neal St, London WC2H 9PU on 7 July between 4pm and 8pm. Only one entry per person is permitted.

Tickets cannot be exchanged for cash value and are non-transferable. We reserve the right to remove, change or postpone this offer at any time due to circumstances beyond its control. The prize draw starts on 29 June 2017 and ends on 3 July 2017, at 9am. Entries submitted after this time will not be considered. Winners will be selected at random from all qualifying entries by an independent person.

Winners will be contacted via their preferred contact option entered on the entry form. Only residents of UK and Ireland are eligible to enter. You must be 16 years and older to enter.

The winner is responsible for travel to and from the event and for all expenses and arrangements not specifically included in the prizes. Any entries by automated devices will be void.

If the winner is uncontactable after 48 hours after being notified or does not comply with the terms and conditions, we reserve the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrance drawn at random.

We are not held responsible for entries lost, delayed of corrupt due to computer error in transit. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered or sustained as a result of participation in the incentive or use of any prize. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury due to its negligence or any other liability which it is not permitted to exclude or limit as a matter of law.

By entering this draw, you agree that we can share any winner information such as your name as well as photographs across our social media channels. Our decision is final and we will no correspondence will be entered into. All entrants’ data will be held and processed in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998.

The name and country of any winners will be available by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Gymshark, Unit 1 Brooklands, Redditch, B98 9DW . These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
